Speed Watch

Today, between the hours of 09:30 - 10:30hrs I conducted Speed Watch duties in the area of High Street, St Margarets at Cliffe. For the first half hour of my duties I observed and recorded a total of 69 passing vehicles entering the village, with 7 of those being driven in excess of the speed limit (equating to approx. 10% of all vehicles entering that area, within the designated timeframe). 

From 10:00 - 10:30hrs I focused on vehicles leaving the village on the High Street (by Townsend Farm Road). 88 vehicles were observed leaving the village, with 2 being driven in excess of the speed limit (approx. 2%).
